Nawaiyoti has been teaching yoga for over 25 years and has studied various styles of yoga in India, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, Satyananda, Kundalini, and Mantra Yoga.

Yoga has been part of her life for many years, and now, as she grows older, she continues to find joy and grace in her daily yoga practice.

She teaches from the heart and hopes to inspire everyone who joins her classes. These sessions are designed to be fun, warm, and at times gently challenging.

Her aim for these weeks is to provide the tools and understanding needed for a simple home practice that can become part of a daily routine — nothing too dramatic or difficult, but with the intention of improving overall flexibility and strength, bringing increased health and vitality through accessible, bite-sized practices.

Nawaiyoti teaches an eclectic style of yoga, blending gentle breathing techniques, posture work, and uplifting meditations drawn from her many years of study.

Teaching is a true joy for her, and she feels deeply grateful for the opportunity to share these weeks with participants. All levels are welcome.

What to expect

-Sun 1/2 hour introduction session

-Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu  2 hour morning yoga session (hatha) 

– Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu 1 hour late afternoon session (kundalini, yoga nidra, pranayama or meditation)

– Fri 1/2 hour morning session (hatha)

– visit to local medieval chateau Bonaguil

– guided walk to local village Tournon d’Agenais, voted as one of France most beautiful villages

– free time to relax
